Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between Sakthi Controller, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” and [Employee Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Employee,” effective immediately upon signing.

  1. Employment Terms
    1. Position: The Employee shall be employed as [Job Title].
    2. Duration: This Agreement shall have a term of one year, (two years for embedded), starting from the date of signing.
    3. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice, subject to the provisions outlined in this Agreement.

  3. Screening Period
    1. Initial Training: The Employee shall undergo a five-day screening period to assess their learning skills and problem-solving abilities. The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee’s employment immediately if the Employee’s performance does not meet the Employer’s satisfaction.
    2. Performance Monitoring: The Employee’s speed and performance will be closely monitored throughout the duration of this Agreement. If the Employee fails to maintain the required level of performance, the Employer may consider it as a lack of interest on the Employee’s part.
  4. Training Period and Salary
    1. Training Duration: The Employee will receive full training for a specified period as determined by the Employer.
    2. Work Commitment: Upon completion of the training period, the Employee is obligated to work for a minimum period of nine months as specified in this Agreement.
    3. Training Fee: If the Employee fails to complete the specified training period or the subsequent nine-month work commitment, the Employee shall be liable to pay a training fee of 50,000 rupees to the Employer.
    4. Salary during Training Period: During the three-month training period, the Employee will receive a stipend equivalent to 60% of the agreed-upon salary.
    5. Salary Commencement: The payment of the full salary will start after the successful completion of the three-month training period and will continue for the remaining duration of the agreed-upon work commitment.
    6. Mandatory Work Period: In the event the Employee chooses to resign and pays the training fee, the Employee is still required to work for an additional 15 days without any breaks following the resignation date.
  5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
    1. During the course of employment, the Employee may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Employer. The Employee agrees to maintain the strictest confidentiality and shall not disclose, use, or exploit such information for personal gain or any unauthorized purposes.
  6. General Provisions
    1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Employer and the Employee and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the employment.
    2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
    3. Amendments: Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    4. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    5. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one instrument.
