This applies to any purchase made through our website unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or in any special offers or promotions. We strive to fulfill all orders as per the specifications and timelines outlined for each product. However, in the event that unforeseen circumstances or limitations prevent us from shipping an order, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If a product is delivered and is found to be faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be processed.
The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
- The specific product/model is out of stock
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline
- On the customer’s request
- The shipping address is not serviceable
- Any other reason beyond our control.
The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons:
- Established defect in the product which we are unable to either replace or repair.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
- Shipping address was found to be untraceable, incorrect, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
- Customer refused to take the delivery, please note that refund will not be applicable in case of personalized or customized products.
- Products were damaged during transit and delivery and were not accepted.

Conditions:
- Please ensure that the product is in warranty before requesting for a refund.
- Cancellation and refund requests for products under manufacturer warranty will not be accepted.
- The refund will only be processed after the product is shipped back to us and received by the merchant.
- When returning the product, include a note with your name, address, contact number, and order number, describing the problem in your own words. Without these details, processing a refund or replacement will not be possible.
- Don’t forget to inform customer support team with the return courier tracking number.
- The returned order must include all the accessories that were shipped with the order, otherwise the cost of the accessories will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please note that any taxes levied on the product are not eligible for refund.
Please note that any gift coupons distributed as promotional offers will not be refunded in the event of an order cancellation.
Refund Process:
- Connect with our customer care via email or call.
- Customer care team will validate the request and provide return address.
- Pack the product properly and label it with order number, return address and your address.
- Follow instructions from customer care for packaging and returning the product using courier services.
- Share the awb/tracking number with customer care.
- Refund will be processed once we receive the product in undamaged condition with original packaging.
Caution: Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to the courier service.
Refund Exclusions:
- Products returned in completely broken or unusable condition, with scratches, or without original packaging
- Products returned beyond the required return date or not reported during the warranty period
- Books, music CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, CD-ROMs, magazines, and flowers and confectionary items
- Orders returned without all accessories and freebies that were included with the original order
- Any other products that Sakthi Controller (OPC) Pvt Ltd deems unfit for refund
Please Note:
- On cancellation of an order, you are entitled to receive a refund based on the pay mode table mentioned in the refund timelines plus the shipping charges
- Sakthi Controller (OPC) Pvt Ltd is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for the cancellation of any order for the reasons mentioned above

- The refund process will begin after the product is received by sakthicontroller.com or its business partner.
- The mode of payment used for the order will determine how the refund is processed.
- Refunds processed through credit card or debit card will appear on the next statement.
- Refund cheques will be issued in the billing name, unless otherwise advised by the customer.
- In the event that a refund cheque is lost by the customer, a new cheque will be reissued within 15 days upon receipt of an affidavit.
- If the name on the refund cheque is incorrect, a new cheque will be reissued within 15 days upon receipt of the original cheque from the customer.
- If the refund does not appear in the customer’s account and the processing time for the payment method has passed, they should contact customer care for assistance.
- Note that working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
