Audio Quality
HappyBell Editor software supports many audio file formats, but for best performance and easy use on our device, we recommend converting files to 16-bit 31K sampled wav format. Our device has a frequency range of 50Hz to 15.5KHz, which is suitable for announcements, but not for music playback.

Formatting Tool
Please be aware that our HappyBell Editor software includes a built-in formatting tool for SD cards. This tool performs a low-level format of the memory card, which can cause damage to the card if used frequently. Please use caution when using this tool and make sure to only format the intended memory card. Formatting any other device may lead to permanent data loss.

Warning
Please note that our built-in formatting tool in HappyBell Editor software only lists removable devices to prevent accidental formatting of local drives. Despite this, we strongly advise confirming the chosen device twice before proceeding with formatting to ensure that you are formatting the intended device. Misuse of this tool can lead to permanent data loss on the formatted device.
