Sakthi Controller is a technology-driven design house delivering end-to-end electronics and embedded systems from concept to production. We work closely with OEMs, startups, and global engineering teams to transform ideas into robust, production-ready products.

Our expertise spans automotive lighting systems, including interior and exterior lighting, smart LED control, and dynamic animations, along with home appliance design and development and advanced embedded solutions. She has strong hands-on experience in C, C++ and embedded firmware development using 8051, ARM, ESP32, and STM32 microcontrollers. She leads end-to-end embedded development, including schematic design, PCB design, firmware coding, component selection, and testing.

She has worked extensively on weigh scale systems, IoT products, and industrial automation, contributing to products such as BellBoy, HappyBell, and various converters. Her expertise also includes 3-phase SMPS design for multiple products and CAN / CAN-FD protocol implementation for automotive applications.

Her project work includes domestic power meters, intelligent switches, and automotive headlamp and DRL solutions.

Even with a busy schedule, she actively mentors students through the BuddyKit YouTube channel and open-source projects, helping future engineers become industry-ready.
